They landed in a field by the cover of darkness. They climbed off, Fryll carrying Asa over his shoulders. Pryll sat upright in the field, a majestic silhouette. The shadow-shape changed into that of a person. And ran over to them. They exited the field and entered the city minutes later. Fryll seemed to know the way, "I've been in the cellar before- well, Pryll has. A long time ago. Of course, back then it was an underground cave. A house was built on top of it much later. We are nearing it now," He turned a corner and stood outside the house opposite the Hadrogyn Hope.
Pryll came up and pulled out a funny key. He unlocked the door and opened it. They entered into the kitchen and Pryll kicked the wall and the hatch opened. A flood of energy streamed out, a shock at first but was actually not much magic. Fryll and Pryll telepathically coordinated the getting of Asa down the ladder. Fryll signalled for the others to follow. They walked through the first room, treading through the green slime then into the next room. They laid Asa's body down on the stone floor. "Okay, Vedisca, Ayira," Fryll started, "Come through here. Mmm...I'll take Ayira, you can have Vedisca. You'll need more help with your magic...wait, Ayira, you haven't fought Demon's have you? Never mind, I'll do by myself. Vedisca, you lay your hands on Prylls shoulders and direct as much energy as you can to him. Ayira...you can just watch," With everyone in place, the two brothers knelt at either side of Asa, they began.
Fryll's and Pryll's eyes began to glow orange, then their hands, which were placed on Asa's chest, also began to shine. The light began pulsating, and with each pulse Asa's limbs healed even more. Arms began growing, bones twisting and re-connecting. His leg was growing back, the flesh covering his bone and muscle. Round stumps appeared on his hands and fingers grew off that feet formed and colour returned to his face. By now the twins were glowing themselves and as this glow began to fade, it was passed into Asa. With a final flash, Asa's eyes flickered open.
Asa sat bolt upright and looked around. He let out a short yelp when he realised where he was. He shuffled back into the corner, shivering, "W-w-what's going on? What am I doing here? Why are we here? T-this place...it's evil. I never wanted to return here. Not now, not now!" His eyes were glazed, and he didn't seem himself, "Return! Return! He returns! Revival! Magic...revival! Heal...restore...zombie...ghost...spirit...phantom...spectre..." He continued to ramble all sorts before slowly becoming his usual self. "What was all that about?" Fryll asked him, "Ghosts? Zombies?" "I...I saw things. Things moving in the caves below. I could see you reviving me...I could see myself. I was a ghost. Don't you realise what you've done? Such magic...powerful stuff...I had just died. Just before you started. You brought me back from the dead. And I'm not alone..." Fryll stared at him a second, thinking, then his eyes widened. "Oh my...what have I done?" He muttered, "Pryll, don't you see?" He looked at him blankly, "Vedisca! You must see. You've been here before. What lies in the caves ahead? Something not to be disturbed, never to be disturbed...a pool...a pool of the dead, of the lost souls of the Limbo...our energy brought Asa back to life, but, as he said, he is not alone..." As he spoke there were sounds of footsteps ahead, and moans of the tormented. A rotting corpse emerged through the doorway, animated by magic. "Our power spread to the lake of the damned...and brought back the tortured souls of the dead," Behind the zombie, others appeared, each as disgusting as the rest. "What..what have I done..." Fryll moaned as they began to advance...

Vedsica followed them into the basement cellar, a bit uncertain. He had only bad memories of this place - save for getting his magic. He maneuvered himself down the ladder one armed and followed them to the room, where they laid Asa down.
He placed his good arm on Asa's shoulder, his shattered arm hanging by his side, and he channeled as much energy through that arm as he could. He felt it slowly draining him as they began to revive Asa.
But right away he could tell something was wrong. They weren't healing Asa... They were bringing him back to life. He had died before they even started. And not only that, but it was affecting other souls as well. He desperately tried to stop the flow of energy, but now that the healing had started it couldn't be stopped.
The instant Asa sat up, he fell back, eyes wide and panicked. Asa began spouting off about zombies and the living dead, and Vedsica could hear them. "We have to leave. We.. We didn't just bring Asa back. We brought back all of the dead souls in this entire cave. We went too far, we created catastrophe...." he said, his voice cracking.
But the souls were already coming. They emerged, one by one. Ayria whimpered, her eyes wide in absolute terror, and Vedsica moaned. "They're already dead. I'm guessing it's going to be extraordinarily hard to kill them," He said. "So we either fight, or we leave. And whichever we chose, we need to act. Now."

The first of the zombies limped through the door, jaw hanging, flesh rotting. Asa was stood and was pulling his katana out of his bag. The corpse moved0 towards him, sluggishly. Asa threw his bag back down on the floor and moved towards the zombie. He kicked it back and hurled a bolt of lightning towards the animated corpse. The shock made it jolt and twitch, but not much damage was done. It continued to limp towards him. He swung his katana in an arc, slicing off it's arm. Taking no notice, it lumbered forwards, leaving it's arm behind. Asa noticed that no blood was released, only dust. He jumped back and hurled another spell at it, this time a fireball. It hit the zombie and exploded into a ball of flame. There was a flaming hole in it's side, burning quickly. Despite it being engulfed in flames, it still continued towards Asa, leaving a trail of ash behind it. He pushed it back with magic, but it was only slowly, and worse, it extinguished the flames. It left behind nothing more than a charred skeleton held together by a few bits of muscle and flesh. Asa stopped his magic force and the skeleton fell to the ground. A few bones fell away as it tried to pull itself up. Asa began spouting ice-air out of his palms, freezing the skeleton to the ground. He ran and jumped on top of it, shattering it. He looked up to see two more zombies in his face. He yelped and jumped back, sending burning napalm onto the zombies. One seemed to sizzle as it burned- must have been more fresh dead, one with blood. More were headed through the door, in a slow, limping stream. As he swung his katana through more hordes of undead, sending the odd fireball or stream of napalm onto the living damned, he realised the direness of the situation- some of the corpses were nothing but skeletons, from the ages before recorded history. The amount of dead, pouring out of the lake...there must be zombies in the billions. An old, rotting corpse landed itself upon Asa, jaw open. The shock knocked him back more than anything. Before he knew it he was on his back, fighting a zombie off with his bare hands. He was too panicked to think to use magic. The zombies knashing teeth were getting closer to his neck. He also felt lumpy, disfigured hands on his arm, slowly, shakily lifting it up. There was a sudden flash as a powerful burst of energy blasted through the head of the zombie on top of him it was sent sprawling to the floor, knocking away the other undead creature. Asa was up in a flash. Fryll was stood there, palms out. Asa quickly thanked him before hurling more fire and frost at the hordes.
Throughout all this, Pryll sat back, watching. He was having a mood swing, his brother had told him, that he was feeling more powerful, that he felt he shouldn't interfere with humans as he was above them. He said it was probably linked with the new ability to become a dragon, that it had made him feel superior. Apparently it would pass. But non the less, he felt like that now. They started it, they finish it, he was thinking. But his brother had decided to get involved. He would definately help, as his magic abilities were far superior to theirs. The room was alit with a bright white-red light from all the masses of flaming zombies. However, the next thing he knew Asa was pulling back, yelling to the others, "Fall back, fall back!", firing fireballs at the undead hordes. Pryll followed as he climbed up the ladder. It was as he was climbing that reality kicked in- how many zombies were down there? Millions? Billions? However many, it was a lot. Millenias of dead, all streaming in. The flow would be endless. Each person killed by a zombies would be ressurected at the lake. It was catastrophic. By the time he reached the top, he decided it was time to take action. In whatever Asa had planned.

Vedsica smirked as the three zombies came through the door. A few zombies wouldn't be a problem. But as more and more of them arrived, he grew more and more concerned. How were they supposed to defeat them all? He shrugged. They'd been through a hell of a lot, a few zombies wouldn't be too hard.
He attacked with blades of fire lashed from his hand, and lit a few of the, on fire, but still they came, limping, flaming and terrifying. He heard Ayria yelp behind him and turned, shouting furiously. His magic began mending his arm , which caused much distraction, as the bone fusing back together hurt like hell.
Still more zombies came. There had to be millions of them, there was no way they could beat them all. Grabbing Ayria's arm, he pulled her to the ladder, following after the others. He didn't know what they had planned, but he hoped it was good, or they would all be killed by the zombies.
"What are we supposed to do?" he panted upon scrambling up the ladder.
"There are so many zombies.." Ayria added, glancing fearfully at the ladder they had just ascended.
"There is no way we can beat them all. But we cant' just let them get us. We have to stop them somehow..." He trailed off, putting a block of ice over the ladder with magic, just in case the zombies could climb ladders.

Asa sat by the frozen hole, thinking fast. In all honesty, he had no particular plan; apart from retreating because of the sheer quantity of undead. What could they do? Use magic to reverse the effect? He asked Fryll, "Would it be possible to reverse the effects? After all, we did cause them," "I'm afraid not," Replied Fryll, "We've given the souls the ability to leave the lake; we can't take that away. Perhaps it would be possible to--" He was cut out by flames bursting up through the block of ice covering the hole down. They jumped back. An almost skeletal zombie clambered out through the gap, flame in its eyes. It's hands pulled itself through the gap then it stood, rose it's hands and fired flames from the bony palms. Fryll reacted quickly, erecting a force field to protect them from the flames. When the fire stopped, he dropped the field and fired a powerful force-blast, knocking the mage-zombie back into the hole whilst knocking it to pieces. Fryll jumped to the hole and created another force field over the gap.
"Damn it!" Asa said, "Now we've got zombies using magic, too! We have to act fast. How much longer can you hold that force field, Fryll?" "Not much longer, there's a lot of zombies on the other side, bashing away," Fryll replied, struggling to keep the barrier up. Asa focused, trying to find out how many foes lurked beneath them using magic. His mind wandered down the hatch, through the caves, picking up hundreds of millions of creatures. But then, deep in the caverns, he sensed something worse, something terrible, something powerful. He decided to keep his head down and think, "Anyone thought of a plan?" Asked Pryll, "Because I've an idea- what if we got someone in the cavern; to destroy it?" "And how are we supposed to get someone in there?" His brother asked. "I'm not sure...but I know we have to think fast," He said darkly.

Vedsica listened in silence, knowing that there was no way they could kill them all, especially now that they and the ability to use magic. And when the plan was suggested, he was the first to volunteer.
"I can do it." He said without hesitation. "If you both fire as much power as you can down the tunnel, I can form a barrier around myself and ride the blast to the end, unharmed. Once I'm down there, I can kill whatever is the center of this, and hopefully the zombies will disappear." He didn't say the last bit - if they didn't disappear, he would be killed in seconds. There would be no way out.
But Ayria knew that. She knew he would have a great chance of dying. "You can't!" She cried, standing. "You'll die!" Vedsica turned to her. "What else am I supposed to do? If someone doesn't do this, we'll all die. And I'm the best choice to go down - Asa and Fryll's magic combined will send a powerful enough blast to clear the way. I'm better with my magic in close quarters. Besides, what other option is there?" He asked, looking at the small party. "We need to kill these, and fast. The best way id to go to the heart of the problem and take it out from inside. I've been dead - or nearly dead - once - it isn't so bad." He grinned.
"Asa. Fryll. You both have each other, so you should both stay here. Ayria... As much as I hate to say it, you can't be of much help. Who does that leave?" He let the logic sink in. "So are we ready to kick zombie butt, or what?" He was scared, but that wasn't going to stop him. What did he have to lose? He waited a moment, watching to see what the others thought of the plan. It seemed to him to be the only way.

"I...I think it might work," Said Asa, leaning in, "But when you get in there, what'll you do? You could try bringing the stalagmites down, but last time we did that they were returned to the top by some sort of magic. We know that the zombies are coming from the pond with all the souls. So how do we take out that?" He let it hang for a second, before Pryll cut in.
"I think I know. It's very risky, and I'm not sure how well it will work...if at all, but I do know that unless we try it, we're dead. You remember the demons that crossed here? Through the tunnels? Well, if we could create a...dome, sort of, around the lake. It will be a veil, almost, halfway between the human world and the demons'. I will be much more powerful inside there. I am, in fact, half-demon. When the worlds were created, along with me and my brother, we were phased between each. Together, we managed to single ourselves out into this world, but the demonic part remains, deep within," He was silent a second, then continued, "Anyway, I am much more powerful in there, so I should-- should-- be able to create a solid barrier around the veil, transporting the lake into the demon world and stopping any more undead from being able to cross. Vedisca, I will need you to defend me as I do this. Oh, and I liked your idea of how to get down there- ride the wave. That's definitely the best way to get down there," He turned to his brother, "Brother. When I create the wall around the veil, I will need to be inside the veil when I do. That will mean I will be transported along with the lake to the demon universe. Time passes different there. Depending on which realm I stumble into, I may be a matter of minutes, even if it takes me years to return, or it may take years, even if I manage to escape within a few minutes. I want you to travel to the mainland. To the city of Na'raag. There you will find a man named Harlda. He will take you in. Wait for me there. No matter how long I take, don't give up hope. I won't lie to you. There is a fair chance I won't survive the demons; no matter how powerful I am, there is hordes of them. But I wouldn't give up for you. Don't you give up for me," He held him tightly by the shoulders for another second, then stood and grabbed a feather-pen and a sheet of parchment. On it he wrote: Na'raag. Harlda. And drew a basic map. "Don't worry, brother," Said Fryll, "I won't forget," "Not for you," He replied sadly, "For me. If I take over 150 years to return, I won't remember you or where you are. I need to keep this with me at all times. So I won't forget," He also scribbled down: Escape the demons. Find your brother. Don't. Give. Up. Pryll stuffed it down a pocket. "Ready? Brother, drop the shield," There was a flicker of light. "Ayira, hide. Stay safe," Asa said to her as he prepared to fight the zombie hordes. Pryll grabbed hold of Vedisca, and Fryll began blasting at the undead abominations.
Asa connected with Fryll and they sent a fiery heat wave, sizzling the zombies to a crisp. They jumped down the hole and landed with a bang, knocking the unstable dead to the floor. They lashed out with whips of flame and stakes of frost, cutting down their undead foe. Pryll followed with Vedisca. Once they had cleared out the first room, Asa and Fryll positioned themselves with a view straight down to the cavern. "Brother! Get here now!" Fryll shouted as Pryll made his way over and Asa began charging the shock-wave. "Stand in front of us," Fryll instructed, "And hold on tight to each other,". Pryll grabbed hold of Vedisca and created a barrier around them. Fryll joined in with the creation of the shock-wave. Pryll stared into his brother's eyes. "Goodbye," He whispered. There was a bang. A blast trembled through the tunnel. Zombies were torn to shreds as the two shielded figures rode the wave the the centre of the zombie hordes. They slowed and stopped in the cavern, dropped to the floor and stood. There was a triangle of bloody mess from the shock-wave. "Quick," Pryll said urgently, running to the pond. Creatures clambered out from the sides. He blasted a few bolts of energy through their heads and they dissolved back into the murky depths. He focused, and began work on the veil. "Defend me!" He yelled to Vedisca whilst knitting together the fabric of the universes.
"What now?" Asked Asa, "We fight," Fryll replied, "What?" Asa shouted, "I thought they were stopping the zombie invasion?" "They are merely stopping any more from crossing. We must mop up after them," Fryll said, "Easier said than done," Asa muttered, preparing a fiery inferno to strike down what should soon be a defeatable, finite horde.

Vedsica didn't like the new plan. not because it wasn't his plan, but because it put someone other than himself in danger. But he could see how this was a better plan. He sighed, running a hand through his hair.
"I agree that this would wok, most likely..." It was an internal battle. He didn't want Pryll or his brother to get hurt. He could see the pain it caused them both. Then, he could die too, which was fine by him. What exatly did he have to live for? Not much, honestly. And he could see how much Ayria was struggling with this. She couldn't help in this particular situation. And she might well be abandon if they were killed. But she stayed silent, also seeing the logic in the situation.
And justl ike that, is was time. Vedsica jumped down after the two into the hole, the blast rocking the foundation of the tunnel and sending debris raining down. But it left a clear path, which they rode flawlessly until the pond came into sight. Hundreds of the things climbed out, and they blasted them back in. Vedsica nodded at the given order to defend and turned to face the millions of undead that staggered towards him. He set of a barrier- not unbreakable, but if any zombies came too close on any side of them it would let him know.
And he fought. He'd never fought so much in his entire life. He killed one, and a dozen more took its place. But he kept going. He couldn't stop, not when it was so crucial.
Back on the surface, Ayria was outside, scanning the skies. She had sent off an eagle to find any animals that may help. and sure enough, a wolfpack came charging through the streets, followed by screams from the inhabitants.
""We are here," They panted, eyes gleaming with the prospect of a fight. There was a lot of them, maybe fifty or so.
"You realize you may die?" She said quietly.
"If we die, so be it. Every creature dies some day. Why not die fighting? It is a noble death." Ayria hated to do it, but she nodded, and lead them inside. "Stop firing for a moment," She told Asa and Fryll, and the wolfpack dove into the tunnel, the sounds of vicious snarling and tearing coming from below. she had done all she could. Now all she could do was watch.

Pryll, sweating, concentrated hard on his task; his puzzle. His fingers twitched and flicked, weaving the fabric of the universes. He was vaguely aware of a pack of wolves coming charging through the tunnel into the cavern, mauling zombies and causing a bloody mess. He could feel the strings pulling together into threads, threads weaving together into a tiny patch. Now for the rest. Pryll's features were creased and covered in sweat. It was proving more tiring than he had expected, but he pushed on regardless. Just keep working, just keep working...
Asa and Fryll watched as wolves ran and mauled the zombies, ripping their faces to nothing more than a bloody mess. They waited for them to pass before continuing bombarding the zombies with balls of flame.
Pryll's vision began to blur. He wasn't sure how long he'd been working. Minutes. Hours. Days? He had no idea, and he couldn't afford to take a look around. All his concentration was needed. He was nearly done. Nearly. Nearly. Nearly...he felt the last threads interweave and tie together. The veil was complete, but he wasn't finished yet. He worked on building up a stone wall around the outside of the veil. It seemed to be quick, but it could've taken hours for all he knew. He formed the last chunk of rock above his head, and everything went dark. There was silence, except from the jagged, broken breathing of Pryll. He raised his hands weakly in the darkness and broke away a chunk of the dome. Light shone in through the crack. He broke away the wall until he could fit out, then climbed through the gap. Out of the dome, the ground and walls were covered in a squishy, bloody puss. He stepped, disgusted, through the revolting mess. The stench was awful. He gagged on it. It choked him. He knew he must move realms soon, to a safer, less toxic one where he could at least try to get back to the Human world, but before he could begin on a window to another realm, he heard a deep, demonic growl behind him. "This is going to be harder than I thought," He thought to himself, then turned to fight the demon.

Vedsica and the wolfpack both fought, harder and longer than they had ever before. Vedsica had long since become exhausted - he wasn't really sure how he was still going. It seemed like he was running on nothing, not really focusing. He was almost mechanical in his movements, not noticing wounds he took or the pure exhaustion he felt. he only knew that he had to keep going.
The wolfpack, too, was starting to tire. They had fought long and hard, and still retained most of their numbers, but htey were faltering, beginning to make mistakes. They were driven by the desire to help and pure animal instinct - that instinct told them not to stop until the enemy was dead. But he wasn't sure how long they could go before dropping.
the zombies still came like an army. Their numbers were less than before, but Vedsica paid no mind to numbers. he was past that, he had lost count of how many he had killed after a hundred and thirty three. Blood and flesh were slick on the floor, and it was more and more difficult to move around with bodies piling up, but he ignored it, his only thought to keep going.
Above the fight, Ayria listened to it with numb fear. What was going on? They hadn't come up the hole yet, so they were being held back - but then, they had been fighting a long time. Howl ong could they hold out? And was the mission to close the portal they were coming from successful? She sighed and shivered. One single question was prominent in her mind - After this was over, what would happen? What if they lost... But what if they won?

Asa battled on relentlessly beside Fryll, fireballs coming out over and over again. Some zombies were more susceptible to the flames than others. Some were older and lit up like papyrus, others fresher, almost alive, and they didn't burn as well. He had managed to keep them back until now, but tiring, he couldn't stop them much longer. A zombie managed to grab hold of his arm. The creatures sharp nails dug into his forearm. Asa grimaced and sent electric shockwaves down through his arm to the undead beast. It shook violently and dropped to the floor, hand still gripping tight. Asa sent a final blast down and the zombie blasted off him, dead- again. Meanwhile, more undead were closing in. He backed away, needing more space to fight off the creatures- but how much longer could he keep going?
Fryll went back with Asa. His spikes of pure energy were blasting through the heads of zombies, leaving them redead. He realised the gravity of the situation as they were pushed back, so he began to charge up a powerful energy burst. He released it in an electric-like fashion. it crept up the walls, across the floors and to the zombies. It rolled over them, seeming to cause no damage, but then they exploded into a bloody mess, nothing more than a stain on the floor. He had soon cleared the small chamber and a small portion of the corridor behind it. Although the zombies were still massive in number, it still bought them some time. Fryll and Asa rushed forwards to the opening of the corridor. "Okay," Said Fryll, exhausted from the magic overhaul, "If you go first, you can hold them off by yourself. It's a narrow corridor, so it'll be easy," "Okay," Replied Asa, "But once I tire, you can take over, okay?" "Okay," Said Fryll, sitting down, "Let's go,"

Ayria heard the explosion, sitting up. They were still alive. She hoped, she prayed, that they were all still okay. The wolfpack had called back status reports, but those were broken and uncertain. A few of the wolves had died, the rest were tiring fast.
vedsica had had the same idea, but with ice. He sent first a wave of water over them - the floors and walls were damp, providing plenty of moisture for a source - and then sending a wave of superchilled air over them. The zombies froze solid. Then he sent a blast of pure energy at them, and they would shatter. They would be dead upon thawing. A few times he did this with just a wave of fire, but had encountered a problem - the fresher ones would act as a walking wall of fire for a bit until they dropped, which was mroe dangerous than before he'd torched them.
Sweat poured from his body as he sent attack after attack at the things, working his way back into the corridor. Were Asa and Fryll okay? Were they dead, alive? He had no way of knowing. It was scary, but he couldn't focus on fear, or exhaustion, or anything.
Finally, he had an idea. Magic, pleaseprotect me... He said. He had no idea if it would work - maybe he would die. But, then again, maybe he wouldn't. Without waiting for a reply from his magic, he engulfed his body in searing, white - hot flames. He electrified his skin, and hands were so hot that when he touched the wall it left shiny marks where, if he left his hand there long enough, it would melt the wall.
I can not protect you for long his magic said, and Vedisca nodded. It would work very well for a short while.
Just like that, he stopped attacking. Rather, he just walked, letting the zombies attack him. They dropped, electrified and burning, without ever harming him. He could feel the stress tearing at him though - it was hard to maintain. Very hard. It felt like his bones were being pulled apart. But it was working, and it was working well. With a shout, he began working his way back, through the mass of dead and rotting flesh.

Asa stood in the corridor firing blasts of fire and ice over the incoming horde. He soon fell into a routine of spraying and blasting. Half his brain went to sleep. He was just so tired. They had been fighting for so long. So many hours...even days, for all he knew. He barely noticed it when a rogue flaming zombie managed to break past the incoming fire and ice. The pain of it's sharp nails shook Asa awake. He fell backwards but turned as he fell so he landed on top. He filled his fist with flames and dug it deep into it's stomach. He opened his hand and the zombie burned to ash from within. Another undead beast was upon him. He kicked out with his leg, knocking the creature backwards. Turning, he sprayed ice over the zombie as it fell. It shattered on the floor. "Fryll," He gasped, "Take over," "I'm on it," Fryll replied, and he got up and started to send spikes of pure energy through the zombie's brains.
Asa collapsed on the floor, exhausted. He couldn't keep it up. No more. He had reached his last limits, and was now unable to continue. He closed his eyes.
Fryll was battling relentlessly. Sweat poured from his brow. White energy streamed from his hands. Blood covered his body. He fought long and he fought hard, but enough was enough. He was fatigued and needed a break. He sent a shockwave down the tunnel, knocking zombies back. He turned to Asa. He seemed to be asleep. Fryll limped over to him. He shook him. His eyes flickered open. "Come on," He said urgently, desperately, "I need you to take over. Now," He didn't respond immediately. Fryll turned and sent another shockwave. He turned back. "Get up!" Asa shook his head, "Can't...stand..." He gasped, "Too weak...too..." He coughed violently. Fryll nodded. He turned slowly back to the undead hordes. Magic he called. Long time no speak his magic replied, I need you to unleash yourself Fryll pleaded, Take me over completely. There was a moments silence, then white energy streamed over Fryll. It covered him, glowing. His eyes shone yellow. Fryll no longer had control over himself. The magic was in control now. It charged down the corridor, blasting searing light through the enemy. It came out at the other side of the corridor, in the cave. He was surprised to see Vedisca using a similar method. However, he was even more surprised to see a seemingly limited number of zombies in the cave. They could do it! They had nearly won! He appeared beside Vedisca and began assisting him in diminishing their foe.
